Yaksik 약식 (Korean traditional sweet dish)

"Sweet Korean dish made by steaming glutinous rice, and mixing with chestnuts, jujubes, and pine nuts. It is seasoned with honey or brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sometimes cinnamon. It is traditionally eaten on Jeongwol Daeboreum (정월대보름), a Korean holiday which falls on every 15 January in the lunar calendar, but also for weddings and hwangap festivities"
재료: 찹쌀, 물, 물엿, 참기름, 간장, 계피가루, 대추, 건포도, 견과류
材料:もち米、水、水飴、ごま油、醤油、シナモンパウダー、ナツメ、干しぶどう、ナッツ
soak the washed rice for 5-6 hours
cut the jujuba and roll them

When the rice is ready, mix all of my ingredients and put them in the rice cooker~
add cold two cups of water
add the liquid ingredients
:) mix all of them again~
Time to make it pretty~ Add some of the rice in a small bread mold
please pretty jujuba on a plastic wrap~
flip the rice from the bread mold on the three jujuba decor~
And wrap it nicely

I made two big Yaksik and flower yaksik for taste for tonight.
It wasn't like how my mom made, but it was pretty good as a first time make alone :)
