自家製ひつまぶし

 재료: 장어
부재료: 미림, 화이트와인, 간장, 다시마, 멸치, 보니토
材料:うなぎ
副材料:みりん、白ワイン、醤油、昆布、煮干し, ボニート
Main ingrediant: Eel
Minor Ingredients: mirin, white wine, soy sauce, kelp, anchovies, Bonito
 Let's make some dashi~
Boil the kelp, anchovies, and bonito


 Let's make unagi sauce!
Add mirin, soy sauce and white wine

 Heat it up~ :)
 Time to cook my unagi and glaze with my sauce

 Flip!
 
 Let's set everything up! I added some extra unagi sauce on the rice

 Kya~~ Can't wait to eat~
My dashi stock is in the cup.. ㅡ.,ㅡ;; I don't have that pretty small pot..
 First: eat with some san sho pepper~
 Second: everything add in~ (with out the stock)
Third: Everything with dashi~
