Miso glazed Salmon with variable vegetables and Kabocha

저녁재료: 배추, 버섯, 호박, 연어
소스: 된장, 화이트 와인, 미림, 간장
내일 점심재료: 배추, 버섯, 호박, 얇은 삼겹살

夕食材料:白菜、キノコ、カボチャ、サーモン
ソース:味噌、白ワイン、みりん、醤油
明日昼食の材料:白菜、マッシュルーム、ズッキーニ、薄い三枚肉

Preparation for sauce
 Let's make the sauce! One tsp of dashi miso~
 One tsp of white wine (You can use sake too~)
 1/2 tsp of mirin
 a tsp of soy sauce and mix all of them well~
 I cleaned and picked the salmon's bones and marinated with 1/2 sauce.
 
While the salmon filets are marinating, time to make some lunch for tomorrow :)
Cooked the meet with some pepper, salt and sesame oil.
Add 1/2 mushroom that I prepared~
I also added 1/2 cabbage~ DONE!! VERY easy lunch prep.
 
Continue cook the dinner~!!
 I cleaned and microwave the sliced kabocha and peeled the skin.
Now, time to cook the kabocha cubes all the way with good amout of cooking oil.
 After clean the pan, I cooked rest of 1/2 the mushrooms with little bit of oil.
I also added 1/2 of cabbage and 1/2 of sauce~
 Time to cook my beautiful salmon~ :) Later, assembled all of my preps~
