Korean spicy chopped roast chicken 닭도리탕

 재료: 닭, 당근, 고구마, 감자, 양파, 마늘, 풋고추, 당면
소스: 간장, 고추가루, 고추장, 참기름, 설탕
材料:鶏、にんじん、さつまいも、じゃがいも、タマネギ、ニンニク、青唐辛子、当面
ソース:醤油、唐辛子粉、コチュジャン、ごま油、砂糖
Ingredients: chicken, carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, onions, garlic, green pepper, vermicelli
Sauce: soy sauce, chili powder, red pepper paste, sesame oil, sugar
 
 soak the chicken in the cold water for an hour, and soak the vermicelli into the hot water!
 Later, cook the chicken (skin side down first) lightly with small amout of cooking oil
 Add the sauce~ without red pepper paste. I crashed the garlic and soak it in the sauce
Add all of vegetables without the pepper and onion
 (optional) add the peppers - earlier we add, spicier the food will be
 When all of ingredients are almost done, add the onion~
 Adjust the taste with red pepper paste
 Make a small room for vermicelli (don't mix the vermicelli with other ingredients, so you can enjoy the dish later)
 
Time to eat :)
It was very good, and I separated into three containers.
