추석 (お盆) homemade food

The fall is there~ so I bought a box of Korean pears.
Let's make galbi tang (갈비탕)! 재료: 통갈비, 파, 무, 양파, 마늘, 생강
材料カルビ、ネギ、大根、タマネギ、ニンニク、ショウガ
 soak the rib into the cold water and change to fresh water every 30min.
I changed it about 4 times
 Cook the rib for 6min with high heat
 wash the ribs with cold water well~
 Time to make some soup~ In a pot, add the ribs, green onion, garlic, onion and ginger
 
Time to make Kalbi
 Sauce: soy cause, sesame oil, hot pepper flake, mirin and some corn syrup
 Add 1/4 of korean pear
 Add the ribs, daikon, green onion and the bbq sauce in a pot
 Cook everything and add a cup of water occasionally
 
Let's make some skewers~
 재료: 버섯, 맛살, 파, 소고기
材料きのこ、かまぼこ、ねぎ、牛肉
Ingredients: mushrooms, mitation crab me, onion, beef
 skewer each of ingredients and coat it with some flour
 coat it with beaten egg~
 Time to cook :)

저는 혼자서요리하며 골골대는 코와 벌써 맛이 간 목소리를 약 두알로 잠재운뒤 요리하고 반신욕을 하면서 보냈습니다.
(I cought a cold but killed it with two cold peels and cooked my lonely Chu-suk dinner. I also took a bath to increase the body temp for my cold.)

Turkey Burger with sweet potato fries

材料トルコ(イタリア調味料、マジック、唐辛子粉、ごま油、醤油、サツマイモ、モッツァレラチーズ、パン切れ、黒糖
재료 : 터키 (이탈리아 조미료, 매직 소금, 고춧가루, 참기름, 간장), 고구마, 모짜렐라 치즈, 빵 두조각, 흑설탕
ingredients: Turkey (marinade with italian seasonings, Magic Salt, cayenne pepper, sesame oil and soy sauce), sweet potato, mozzarella cheese, two slices of bread, onion, and some brown sugar
 Cook the onion with little bit of cooking oil.
 When the onion is half cook, add very small amout of brown sugar.
When the onion is done, set aside.
 Let's cook the turkey! I made a burger shape and pressed the middle of the meat.
 Turn!
When the meat is puffed up, add little bit of water and put that in a oven until desired texture
 Let's fry the sweet potato. I dried very well with paper towel and fried.
I didn't use that much oil.. There is no wasting!!

 I fried my fries two times :)
 When my burger is done, I topped with some cheese and grilled it with creme brulee torch
 Assembling time~ :)

 Looks pretty good~ How about the taste?

Homemade Pizza

料: トルティーヤRondele - ニンニクハーブチーズスプレッド海鮮醤、醤油、トマトペースト、ペパロニ、ピザソース七面鳥の挽肉タマネギ、ブロッコリー、モッツァレラチーズ
Ingredients: tortilla, Rondele - Garlic and Herbs Cheese Spread, hoisin sauce, tomato paste, pepperoni, pizza sauce, ground turkey, onion, broccoli, mozzarella cheese
재료 : 옥수수, Rondele - 마늘 허브 치즈 스프레드, hoisin 소스, 토마토 페이스트, 페페로니, 피자 소스, 지상 칠면조, 양파, 브로콜리, 모짜렐라 치즈
thinly slice an onion~
 Cook the turkey until the turkey juice dry up (Don't add any salt or pepper!!)
 heat the tortilla each side in a dry pan!
 Glaze some pizza sauce
 sprinkle some turkey
 Add the onion
 washed and dried broccoli
 mozzarella cheese
 put the pizza in the oven until the cheese and onion are ready~
 
Now, let's make fake bbq pizza~
 spread some sauce (hoisin sauce + tomato sauce)
 Add some pepperoni
 onion~
scoop out some 'Rondele - Garlic and Herbs Cheese Spread'
drop some pizza sauce
 Add mozzarella cheese and put it in the oven until the pepperoni, onion and cheese are ready.
 
Time to eat~ :)
