手羽先 - Tebasaki Chicken Wings

I found my wings that I bought a week ago!
Time make something~ ^^
 
 First, I defrost my wings and put them in the milk to tenderize.
 材料:コーンスターチ、醤油、みりん、ごま油、水飴、ニンニク、生姜
Ingredients: cornstarch, soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, corn syrup, garlic and ginger
 
Let's make sauce
 Heat soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic, corn syrup and sesame oil


Time to cote the wings with cornstarch

 Clean the cornstarch and fry them!
 I fried two times
 Now, time to coat the fried wings to the sauce
 Now, I baked the wings one more time.
350F to 6min
 glacy wings~ :)
