LA Sticky Rice Cakes - 찹쌀떡

 I made LA Sticky Rice Cake which was created from Korean immigrants.
 
Let's make this healthy snack! Outside was crunchy and inside was sticky!
I taste it and the texture was very addicting.
 One cup of sweet rice flour!
 little less than a tsp of baking soda!
 1/3 tsp salt
 1/4 cup of brown sugar!
 1/2 cup of heavy cream
 1/2 cup milk
 One med. egg
 The batter will turn out like a pancake mix.
 chopped my nuts and dry fruits!
 I added about 1 and 1/2 cup of nuts.
 I spread the batter on my pan~
I tried to thin out evenly!
 I baked it about 35min with 270 F.
I cut them into strips so it's easy to carry on :)
I tried one strip and it was nutty and crunchy!
I cannot wait to try again as a snake tomorrow.
