Pad Thai for dinner :)

Soaked the rice noodle about 5min in some hot/warm water
 
Ingredients: bean sprouts, chopped flat green onion, fish sauce, chopped garlic, tamarind sauce, thinly sliced, an egg, Tobanjan, some shrimps, Plam sugar
재료 : 콩나물, 얇게썬 , 액젓, 다진 마늘, 타마린 소스, 얇게 썬 양파, 계란, 칠리소스, 새우, 매화설탕
材料もやし、スライスしたネギ、エキス、にんにく、タマリンドソーススライスした玉ねぎ、卵、チリソース、エビ, 梅の砂糖

Sauce: add about 1TBSP of plum sugar in a hot pan. Add some water so the sugar doesn't burn
Tamarin sauce in~ I added about 2TBSP
Add about 1tsp fish sauce
I tasted it and needed some more taste, so added few drops of worcester sauce
heat the sauce until it thickens
Let's add all of the ingredients..
In a hot pan, add generous of cooking oil and add chopped onion
When the garlic released its own flavor, add the noodle
Add the onion
Add some sauce to flavor the noodles
Cook the shrimps
At the last min, add the flat green onion
Cook an egg with some sauce in a separate pan
Garnish with some bean sprouts, extra flat green onion, and slices of lime :)
It was my first time to make the make Pad thai, and it was pretty good.
If I make few more times, it will get better~
