Garlic sauce with aubergine

Aubergine
ingredient: chopped green onion, tobanjan, chili sauce, chopper garlic and ginger, sliced firm tofu, ground pork
sauce: chili oil, sweet dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, dark vinegar, black bean paste
成分:刻んだネギ、tobanjan、チリソース、チョッパーニンニク、生姜、スライスした木綿豆腐、豚ひき肉
醤油:ラー油、甘い濃い醤油、醤油、砂糖、魚醤、暗い酢、黒味噌
재료 : 다진 , 두반장, 칠리 소스, 다진마늘, 다진생강, 길게 자른 두부, 갈은 돼지 고기
소스 : 칠리 오일, 걸죽한 간장, 간장, 설탕, 액젓, 어두운 식초 (중국식 식초), 춘장

Cook the grouded pork without oil
Add about 3 TBSP of sauce
Set that a side
Prepare some frying oil
Drain the cubed aubergine
Fry them!! 
In a empty pan, cook the tofu and set that a side
Heat some chili peppers and tobanjan

Add the garlic and giner
fried aubergine, tofu, and the remain tofu
Add the pork and mix lightly
Time to eat~ :)
