Chinese Water Spinach (Kong Xin Cai) 空心菜

Chinese Water Spinach 
ingredient: garlic, bacon, fermented tofu, sesame oil
재료 : 마늘, 베이컨, 발효 두부, 참기름
ニンニクベーコン発酵した豆腐ごま油

 Cook bacon with non-oiled hot pan
Using bacon's oil, add the garlic
Add the water spinach first and cook it
Add desired amout of fermented tofu
Finally add the leaves
Time to eat~ :)
