 재료: 고구마, 탈지우유, 식초/레몬즙, 계란, 당근, 터키브레스트

材料：さつまいも、スキムミルク、酢/レモン汁、卵、ニンジン、トルコブレスト

Ingredients: sweet potatoes, skim milk, vinegar / lemon juice, eggs, carrots, Turkey Breast

 

 cook the egg - well done!! It's for Jazz~~~

 Peel the sweet potato and microwaved it until I can mash..

 Cook the turkey breast. The water and the meat should NOT be seasoned!

 About half way done with the sweet potato, add the carrots

 Time to make Cottage cheese.. Warm up the skim milk (about a cup)

When the milk is hot enough, turn off the heat and add about 3 TBSP vinegar or lemon juice.

Turn the heat on and stir the milk, than the protein will solid.

   Mix the cheese with chopped carrots

Mash the sweet potato and divide into two bowls

1/2 sweet potato, add shredded turkey breast.

 Add 1/2 well doen egg yolk to 1/2 sweet potato

 In a clean and small bowl, cover the inside with cellular wrap.

Add the yolk+sweet potato mix (1st layer)

 Add the cheese + carrot mix (2nd layer)

 Add the sweet potato + turkey breast (3rd layer)

Close the wrap and leave it in the refrigerator about 15 min.

 I made a turkey sandwich filling. Add all of leftover and added some low fat mayo.

 Now, time to decorate! Using the other 1/2 of egg yolk.

 Time to start the party~!!

I gave about 1/4 of the cake and Jazz loved it! He finished it very fast!!!!
