Chic Chicken-Ra Rice

When I arrived home, I was craving for something to munch on,
so I grabbed my okashi that I got from Mitsuwa in NJ.
I only ate two~
I tried one piece from each packages.
I didn't mean to upload today's dinner, but it turned out very good!
I boiled some water and added udon soup powder,  homemade frozen dumplings, oden, snow peas, one cracked egg, and one tbsp of soy sauce.
It was very easy to make and taste was surprisingly delicious!

It's time to make my chicken fried rice for lunch tomorrow!
Today's fried rice's main topping is my chicken, so I chopped my green onion, white onion, and carrot very thin! When I sauté them, they reduced the size and there colors blended into the soy sauce color very well.
I diced one chicken thigh and cooked it with olive oil.

I added some soy sauce

I added my vegetables into the same pan.

Hmmm. Let's put some minced garlic too. Why not!?

Fresh white steamed rice in!
I steamed my rice little dry, so I could mix all the ingredients easily.
I added some more soy sauce, because I will not add any salt in this dish.
My vegetables and white rice defiantly need flavors and color too.
I added some sesame oil.
I slowly added my beaten egg that I added some water to it.

Garnished with toasted sesame seeds~

Some of my friends know that I have a BIG HANDS, which means I can't make small portions..
I tried, and I reduced my portion to two people! Yeay!

One dish will be my lunch and the other portion will be for my Japanese friend at school.
