I went to Assi, which is about an hour away from where I live, to buy some rice, fruits and 1/2 pound of chicken.
Fruit = Check!
Chicken = Check!
.....
Something missing.. RICE!!
Alright, the dinner was without the rice, but that's okay!
I used my Silk tofu and some sticky rice cake for Ddock bok gee.
I defrost my sliced pork and marinated with the sauce that I got from Mitsuwa.
Ddok bok gee rice cake in and cooked them until they got brown crusty skins.
I also added some soy sauce to give some flavor to my rice cakes.
Enoki mushrooms in!
Silk tofu in!
Visually failed, but the taste wise?
Give 'em a taste and you'll likely come back for more!
