Pad Thai (ผัดไทย)

재료: 채소 (버섯, 유초이, 양파), 삼겹살, 새우, 계란, 새우젓, 타마린소스, 매실설탕, 쌀국수, 라유, 마늘, 생강
材料:野菜きのこ、ユチョイ、たまねぎ)、三枚肉、エビ、卵や海老塩辛、タマリンソース、梅の砂糖、ライスヌードル、ラーユ, にんにく、しょうが
Ingredients: vegetable oil, chopped garlic, 1/2cup sliced pork, shrimp, medium-size dried rice noodles (soaked 60 minutes in cold water and drained), 1 large egg, hot chilies, bean sprouts, rinsed, plus more for garnish, tamarin sauce, plum sugar, fish sauce
 

In a hot pan, add two plum sugar cubes

Add about 2/3 cup of tamarin sauce

Add about 1 TBSP of fish sauce and melt the sugar and set that a side

In a clean pan, cook the meat and shrimp

When the shrimp is half cook, set that a side

Add all of vegetables that we prepared

Don't forget the mushrooms and cook them until tender

Push the vegetables and cook the egg

When the egg is cooked, push that aside, and add the soaked noodle

Add the sauce that we prepared and mix that well

Add the shrimp later

If you want, add chili oil (If you want...)

Later, add the head part of the green and mix well.
