バーベキューポークリブ-돼지갈비요리-BBQ pork rib

Let's make something that could empty my busy mind.
 


 재료: 돼지갈비, 대파, 마늘과 생강, 계란
소스 #1 : 간장, 우스터소스, 켓찹, 꿀, 두반장, 치킨스탁
소스 #2: 간장, 우스터소스, 켓찹, 꿀, 카레파우더
부재로: 양배추, 당근, 석류
材料:豚カルビ、ネギ、ニンニクとショウガ、卵
ソース#1:醤油、ウスターソース、ケトチャプ、蜂蜜、二班長、チキンストック
ソース#2:醤油、ウスターソース、ケトチャプ、蜂蜜、カレーパウダー
不在で:キャベツ、にんじん、ザクロ
Ingredients: pork ribs, onion, garlic and ginger, egg
Source # 1: soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, honey, chicken bouillon, Doban jian
Source # 2: soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, honey, curry powder
Absence as: cabbage, carrots, pomegranates
 
Let's Start~
 Half cook the cleanly washed pork ribs. (No cooking oil used!!)
 Wash them well with cold water~
 While my pork ribs are resting, let's make our sauce!
In a big ball, add Bull-Dog worcestershire sauce
 Add some soy sauce
 Some ketchup~
 Little bit of honey~
 Now, divide the sauce into two balls for different flavors..
 In the 1st sauce, I added Toban Jian~
 In a 2nd sauce, I added curry powder
 Let's give some flavors to the pork ribs. I divided the pork ribs and add some water to cover them.
Pot #1 : added green onion
 Pot #1: add ginger and garlic
 Pot #2: Add green onion
 Pot #2: Add garlic and giner
 Bring both pots into boil and skim off the foam
 In a mean time, let's boil our egg~
In order to have centered egg yolk, we need to rotate or spin the egg.
 Out pots are boiling, I added my sauce. This is Pot #2 (Toban jian sauce)
 Pot #1 : curry sauce
 When they are fully cooked as I desired without any pork's smell, I transferred them into a grill pan.
 I could just eat as it is, but decided to bake them in a over for 15min with 300F.
Because of this process, pork's fat released some oil and make some part of meat cruncy~
Looks very dry, but they were very tender and well flavored.
The toban jian ribs were not as spicy as I planed, but the curry ribs were very nice.
I couldn't smell any pork, because I added lots of garlic and ginger~!!
Of course, I couldn't finished all of ribs, so I will eat the rest later tonight~ :)
