Eggplant lasagna and noodle squash - ナスのラザニアと麺スカッシュ

2012夏、無理してダイエットしました。しかし、最近ストレスと大変なことがあったが、ヨーヨー現象 (リバウンド)。今日の夕方は後悔しない食べ物を作りました。
In summer, I lost some weight very fast, and recently my weight came back quickly because of my stress and weariness. Tonight, I cooked something that I won't regret.
 

 재료: 가지, 갈은돼지고기, 다진양파, 국수호박, 다진 파, 모짜렐라 치즈,
소스: 다진마늘, 캔토마토, 화이트와인
材料:ナス、行くには豚肉、玉ねぎ、麺カボチャ、ねぎのみじん切り、モッツァレラチーズ、
ソース:ニンニクのみじん切り、缶トマト、白ワイン
Ingredients: eggplant, ground pork, chopped onion, zucchini noodles, chopped green onions, mozzarella cheese
Sauce: minced garlic, canned tomatoes, white wine
 
On a warm frying pan, add good amout of oil and chopped garlic
 Add chopped onion
 Add chopped green onion(head of the green onion)
 Add the canned tomato
 about two spoons of white wine
 Little bit of Italian Seasoning
 I added little bit of Shichimi
 On a grill pan, add some oil and cook the egg plants

 While the egg plants are grilling, add the pork and green onion's hair(??)
 Now, it's time to assemble everything
Add some cheese first!
 Add the grilled egg plants
 Add the sauce
 Add the grilled egg plants
 Add some more sauce again
 Now, time to put the lasagna in the oven with 340F for 20min
 Okay, now let's make some noodle~
I microwaved the squash about 15min and scraped it with a fork
  Very healthy noodle ready~ :)
 My lasagna is ready..!!!
 Lastly, garnish with some squash noodle
