vegetarian miso soup (ベジタリアンみそ汁)

Ingredients: white konnyaku, carrots, cabbage, wakame, tofu, miso, dashi, daikon, Shichimi
재료 : 백색 곤약, 당근, 양배추, 미역, 두부, 된장, 혼다시, , 시치미
材料白いこんにゃく、にんじん、キャベツ、ワカメ、豆腐、味噌、ホンダシティ、大根
 

Cook daikon with little bit of oil

Add cabbage when the daikon is 1/3 cooked

Add carrots when the cabbage is 1/2 cooked

Add dashi water. Don't add too much dashi because the miso has enough flavors already

Add more water until the ingredients are almost soaked, and desolve the miso into the dashi water.

Add soft toppings like tofu, wakame

Add konnyaku

Boil boil boil until the soup and toppings release their own flavors.

 

I topped with 7chili spices for little bit of kick!
