Healthy Kale Salad (meat free)

재료: Mixed green, 케일(조금 따뜻한물에 10분정도 담궈서 미끌미끌한부분을 뺍니다), 당근, 얇은 양파(양파의 매운맛이 싫으면 찬물에 5분정도 담그면 당근의 단맛이 더 느껴져요), 아보카도, 복숭아(디져트)
소스: 올리브유, 발사믹식초

材料:Mixed green、ケール(少し暖かい水に10分ほど漬けてつるつるした部分を減算します)、ニンジン、薄いオニオン(タマネギの辛さが嫌なら、冷水に5分程度浸すと玉ねぎの甘さが感じられます)、アボカド、桃(ディジョトゥ)
ソース:オリーブオイル、バルサミコ酢

Ingredients: Mixed green, kale (about 10 minutes soak it in warm water, then the slippery and hardiness will decrease), carrots, thin sliced onion (If you do not like spicy onion dipped in the cold water for 5 minutes, then you can enhance the sweetness of the onion), avocado, peaches (dessert)
Sauce: olive oil, balsamic vinegar


Add good amount of mixed green in a big bowl

Also add the well drained kale, washed and chopped carrots, and thinly sliced onion

Let's met the sauce.. Add about 2 TBSP of good olive oil

Also add the balsamic vinegar, 1.5 TBSP

Mix well~

Adjust the amount of the dressing based on your taste

Let's add sliced fresh avocado.
Mix the salad lightly and prepare for serve.


I added two sliced of toasted garlic bread and cold herb tea.
Don't forget to slice the peach that we prepared.
