Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt and let them stand 15 minutes.

Add chopped garlic without the water ( I add some water and microwaved 1 min)
Add some sauce
Add little bit of sesame oil
Add some vinegar
Heat the vegetables (without the cucumber) without oil
Mix all of heated and cold vegetables
Add 1TBSP each and coat the vegetables with the sauce.
Clean the fish..
Coat the fish with some vegetable oil and broil the fish about 15min and grill it again (to reduce the water)
