Ingredients: chunks of radish, beef (I used brisket), garlic and green onion
재료 : 무, 쇠고기 덩어리 (양지머리 사용했습니다), 마늘, 파
材料:大根、牛肉の塊(牛の胸肉を使用しました)、ニンニク、ネギ
Seasoning: salt (or soy sauce) and pepper
간맞추기: 소금 (간장도 사용가능합니당~), 후추
塩加減:塩(醤油も使用可能です〜)、コショウ
Saute the beef with little bit of oil.
When the meat is half cooked, add the radish and saute together until the radish is half translucent
Add combukelp if you want
(Kombu Kelp is optional. I used it because I had small amout of meat and had to make soup for 5 people)
Add cold water until the people that you will serve.
** add about 4 cups of extra water, because we will cook it long time and constantly skim off the form
Add garlic. ( I love garlic, so added extra. Normally 3-4 is enough :))
I forgot to take a picture of adding my green onions!
Please don't forget about the onions!!

**I cooked the soup about 2.5 hours so the beef's natural fat desolve into the soup
