오징어채볶음-イカ珍味炒め

재료: 마른오징어채, 고춧가루, 고추장, 마요네즈, 올리고당, 미림, 설탕, 진간장, 참기름, 통깨 (선택)
材料干しイカまま、唐辛子粉、コチュジャン、マヨネーズ、オリゴ糖、みりん、砂糖、醤油、ごま油、ごま選択
Ingredients: dried squid, red pepper powder, hot pepper paste, mayonnaise, oligosaccharides, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds (optional)
In a bowl, add 2 TBSP red pepper paste, 1 TBSP red pepper powder, 1 TBSP oligosaccharides, 2 tsp mirin, 1 TBSP sugar, 2 TBSP soy sauce, 1 TBSP sesame oil
Toste the dried squid about 2-3 min
Add 1TBSP mayo and saute well.
Add the sauce and cote the sauce well
 
DONE!!! You can eat this cold or fresh hot! :)
