Homemade Turkey Koroke with mushrooms

ingredients: ground meat (I'm using turkey), onions, an egg, panko
Side dish: various mushrooms, soy sauce, dark rice wine, rice vinegar, half cup of water
재료 :간고 (저는 칠면조를 사용했습니다), 양파, 계란, 빵가루
반찬 : 각종 버섯, 간장, 진미린, 쌀식초, 물
材料挽き肉私は七面鳥使用しました、玉ねぎ、、パン粉
おかず各種キノコ、醤油、珍味リン米酢、水カップ
 
Let's cook!
On hot pan with some cooking oil, add chopped onions and cook until translucent
Transfer the onion into clean big bowl and add about same amout of bread crumbs (panko)
Add the meat and mix well until it forms sticky texture
Add some sesame oil and mix well again.
 when the meat become sticky, shape it into koroke shape and set that in refrigerator.
 
In a mean time, let's make the side side.
In 1/2 cup of water, add dark mirin
Add some soy sauce
 
add regular rice vinegar
Marinade the mushrooms with the sauce about 15min or more.
cook the mushrooms on a hot pan.
Simmer the sauce and cook the mushrrom slowly. Later cool it and set that a side
Take out the naked koroke and cover with some flour
coat with beaten egg
drop into panko
Fry about 5min per side and drain the excess oil on a rack .
 
Time to serve~ :)
I also made tamagoyaki and served with fresh steam rice.
My brother and I enjoyed our homemade dinner.
