My brother was drinking some orange juice while we were watching
Alpha series.. suddently, Jazz tried to finish the leftover juice from the bottom of the cup..

Dinner with my brother~
I think Nabe is the best to finish frozen noodles, meat and dumplings~!!
My brother ate almost all of the meat and I almost finished all of the vegetables~
The other day, my brother, KJ made dinner for me!

Curry Udon

ingredients: small cubed potato, chopped onion, chopped carrots, broccoli, egg, udon noodle, curry cubes
재료: 감자, 양파, 당근, 계란, 브로컬리, 우동국수, 카레큐브
材料:ジャガイモ、タマネギ、ニンジン、卵、ブロコルリ、うどん麺、カレーキューブ

cook the potatos with some cooking oil
Add carrots when the potatoes are half cook
Add onion
When the onion is translucent, add about 4 cups of water and bring it to simmer
When the water starts to simmer, add the curry block.
When the curry thinkens up, add the vegetables at the last min.
 
Time to eat!

New fantasy of Kimbop (Maki)

ingredients: seaweed paper, eggs, vegetables, pickled radish, carrots, spam (turkey), mushrooms, bacon
Seasonings: sesame oil, roated sesame seeds, salt
재료: 김밥김, 우엉과 단무지, 베이컨, 계란, 햄(터키사용했습니다), 당근, 버섯, 등등
냉장고에서 남은 재료들을 김밥에 쌀수있는 모두 꺼내 사용했어요.
양념: 참기름, 참깨, 소금
材料のり,ごぼうたくあん、ベーコン、卵、ハム、にんじん、きのこ
冷蔵庫残った材料のりの両方に使用しました。
味付けごま油、ごま、
Heat the carrots
Add little bit of sesame oil
Add some salt
Cook the ham
Don't forget about our bacons~
Point ** Lind up those bacons, they will cook as it is.
Cook mushrroms (totally optional)
 
Time to wrap. Add ingredients as you like.
 
Time to eat!! My brother and I ate kimbop as our late lunch.
It was pretty good and I'm so happy that I used most of leftover ingredients.

Homemade Turkey Koroke with mushrooms

ingredients: ground meat (I'm using turkey), onions, an egg, panko
Side dish: various mushrooms, soy sauce, dark rice wine, rice vinegar, half cup of water
재료 :간고 (저는 칠면조를 사용했습니다), 양파, 계란, 빵가루
반찬 : 각종 버섯, 간장, 진미린, 쌀식초, 물
材料挽き肉私は七面鳥使用しました、玉ねぎ、、パン粉
おかず各種キノコ、醤油、珍味リン米酢、水カップ
 
Let's cook!
On hot pan with some cooking oil, add chopped onions and cook until translucent
Transfer the onion into clean big bowl and add about same amout of bread crumbs (panko)
Add the meat and mix well until it forms sticky texture
Add some sesame oil and mix well again.
 when the meat become sticky, shape it into koroke shape and set that in refrigerator.
 
In a mean time, let's make the side side.
In 1/2 cup of water, add dark mirin
Add some soy sauce
 
add regular rice vinegar
Marinade the mushrooms with the sauce about 15min or more.
cook the mushrooms on a hot pan.
Simmer the sauce and cook the mushrrom slowly. Later cool it and set that a side
Take out the naked koroke and cover with some flour
coat with beaten egg
drop into panko
Fry about 5min per side and drain the excess oil on a rack .
 
Time to serve~ :)
I also made tamagoyaki and served with fresh steam rice.
My brother and I enjoyed our homemade dinner.
