Asian dinner for one

 재료: 당근 큰것 2개, 계란3개, 닭, 된장 1/2컵, 혼다시 1 tsp, 미역 2TBSP, 두부 1모
**소금은 사용하지 않습니다.
 
材料(ざいりょう):にんじん(おお)きなこと2()(たまご)3つ味噌(みそ)1/2コップほんだし1 tsp、ワカメ2TBSP、豆腐(とうふ)1(ちょう)
**(しお)使用(しよう)しません。
 
Ingredients: Big 2 carrots (shredded), Chicken thigh (used 2 thigh) , 3 eggs, Miso paste 1/2 cup, Hondashi 1tsp, Wakame 2TBSP, Firm tofu
**Don't add any salt, because miso is already salty enough

Side dish - Pan fry shredded carrots with little bit of cooking oil, and transfer to a bowl.
Add little bit more of cooking oil on the same frying pan and cook eggs.
When the eggs are ready, add the cooked carrots back into the pan and sauté about 2 min.
 
Miso soup - In a deep pot, boil about 2500ml water. When the water starts to boil, add cleaned chicken and cook about 7min (make sure the chicken pieces are cook!) and miso paste.
When the chicken pieces are ready, add cubed tofu and cleaned wakame to the soup.
Bring the soup to boil again and skim off forms occasionally.
 
(You can make the soup and the carrot side dish at the same time.
Make sure the soup doesn't boil over)
