Let's make the stock!!
Add Kombu kelp, slices of daikon, dried anchovies, dried red pepper flakes
In a mean time, let's make the sauce
Prepare a big spoonful of minced garlic
Add a big spoonful of red pepper paste
Add a spoonful of Korean fermented soybean paste
Add fine red pepper flaks
Add about two dark mirin
Add a tsp of sugar
Add about two big spoonful of soy sauce
I think the stock is ready!! remove the anchovies
Remove the kimbu kelps
Now, add chunks of potatoes
Add cleaned fish.
I used yellow corvine
Add the sauce that we made and bring the stock to boil..
I boiled it about 40 min in mid-high heat..
WHEN THE SOUP IS READY TO EAT AND SERVE,
Add green onions
Add green Korean peppers
Add enoki mushrooms
Add Korea Buttercups, 미나리.
Cover the pot and bring it to boil again
Almost done~ :)
