Korean-style seaweed soup (미역국)

Ingredients: Seaweed, shellfish, beef, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce
재료: 미역, 조개, 쇠고기, 다진마늘, 참기름, 소금, 국간장
材料ワカメ、、牛肉、ニンニクのみじん切り、ごま油、塩、醤油
 
Sauté the well drained seaweed with sesame oil.
 
Add about two big spoons of minced garlic.

After sautéing the seaweed about 3 min, add any kind of meat that you prepared..

When the meat is half cook, add good amount of water and bring that to boil. 

Add shellfish if you like.. Cover the lid and bring that to boing..
Later taste the soup and adjust the taste by adding soy sauce and some salt..
