Cook the Kimchi with some sesame oil
While the Kimchi is cooking, rains tofu with cold water
Clean the soybean sprout
Add any meat that you prefer to the Kimchi
When the meat is half cooked, add about 3 big bowls of water
Add sliced tofu before the stock boils
Add about two big scoops of minced garlic
When the stock is reduced, add the soybean sprout
Bring it to boil and reduce the stock half..
DONE :)
