Catch up our dinner

Almost every weekend, especially on Saturday night, our roommates order
80 nuggets from McDonald with three large fries..

I went to a bar with my friends in Wynnewood on Saturday
and found this fabulous beer!!
It's my beer~ :)

Korean Army Soup

 

Karaage

Main: pre-made (store bought) soybean soup
Side dish: tofu with soysauce sauce & Egg and bacon pancake

Main dish: Ox tail soup
Side dish: bacon & Onion sauté, 卵焼き (계란말이)

Beef Curry

Yellow Corvine Korean Hangover Soup

Let's make the stock!!
Add Kombu kelp, slices of daikon, dried anchovies, dried red pepper flakes
In a mean time, let's make the sauce
Prepare a big spoonful of minced garlic
 
Add a big spoonful of red pepper paste

Add a spoonful of Korean fermented soybean paste

Add fine red pepper flaks

Add about two dark mirin

Add a tsp of sugar
 
Add about two big spoonful of soy sauce

I think the stock is ready!! remove the anchovies
 
Remove the kimbu kelps
 
Now, add chunks of potatoes

Add cleaned fish.
I used yellow corvine
 
Add the sauce that we made and bring the stock to boil..
I boiled it about 40 min in mid-high heat..

WHEN THE SOUP IS READY TO EAT AND SERVE,
Add green onions
 
Add green Korean peppers

Add enoki mushrooms

Add Korea Buttercups, 미나리.
Cover the pot and bring it to boil again

All of my brothers loved it, and we wished that we were near beach.

Soybean sprout Kimchi Soup

Cook the Kimchi with some sesame oil
 
While the Kimchi is cooking, rains tofu with cold water

Clean the soybean sprout

Add any meat that you prefer to the Kimchi
 
When the meat is half cooked, add about 3 big bowls of water

Add sliced tofu before the stock boils 

Add about two big scoops of minced garlic
 
When the stock is reduced, add the soybean sprout

Bring it to boil and reduce the stock half..

Korean-style seaweed soup (미역국)

Ingredients: Seaweed, shellfish, beef, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce
재료: 미역, 조개, 쇠고기, 다진마늘, 참기름, 소금, 국간장
材料ワカメ、、牛肉、ニンニクのみじん切り、ごま油、塩、醤油
 
Sauté the well drained seaweed with sesame oil.
 
Add about two big spoons of minced garlic.

After sautéing the seaweed about 3 min, add any kind of meat that you prepared..

When the meat is half cook, add good amount of water and bring that to boil. 

Add shellfish if you like.. Cover the lid and bring that to boing..
Later taste the soup and adjust the taste by adding soy sauce and some salt..
