Chicken Hamburger with Garlic & Herb sauce

재료: 다진 닭고기, 계란1개, 카레가루 2TBSP, 다진양파, Garlic&Herb cheese
材料(ざいりょう):(とり)そぼろ(たまご)1()カレー()2TBSP、おろした(たま)ねぎ、Garlic&Herb cheese
Ingredients: Minced chicken, 1 egg, chopped onion, 2TBSP curry powder, garlic & Herb Cheese

I mined the chicken with my food processor

Crack on egg

Add the curry powder

Add the chopped onion

Shape the burger and cook it for 3min with mid-high heat
Also cook the other side for 2-3 min.

Pour about 4TBSP of water and cover with pan lid.
Poke the middle of burger and see if the juice is clear.
The burger is ready when the water evaporate.
 

Add the cheese on the top, when the patty is still hot..
 
Time to eat~



I don't know how he feels, but I miss him so much...
