Chicken and Egg on rice - Oyakodon (親子丼)

재료: 계란 2개, 파, 닭, 양파, 흰쌀밥
소스: 간장 2Tbsp, 미린 1tsp, 혼다시 1tsp, 설탕 1Tbsp, 물 2Tbsp

材料:卵2個、ねぎ、鶏、たまねぎ,
ソース:醤油2Tbsp、凛1tsp、ほんだし1tsp、砂糖1Tbsp、水2Tbsp
 
Ingredients: 2 lightly beaten eggs, chopped green onions, chicken thigh,
1 mid - large onion, steamed rice
Sauce: Soy sauce 2Tbsp, mirin 1tsp, Honda dashi 1tsp, sugar 1Tbsp, water 2Tbsp
 
Cook the cubed chicken (washed and well drained) with little bit of olive oil

When the chicken coats the oil, add onions

In a mean time, mix the soy sauce, mirin, sugar and hondashi

When the chicken is half cooked, add the sauce.
Use the water to catch the remained sugar and hondashi

When the chicken is ready to search, add some chopped green onions.
(leave some for garnish later)

Add the 2/3 egg. Slowly..

When the first batch of egg are well spread and half cooked, add remains.
Turn off the heat and have the steam rice ready.
