Ingredients: Spaghetti noodle, olive oil
Topping: whatever you have on hand (tofu, sausage, mushrooms)
Sauce: Tomato sauce, minced garlic
1. Cook the noodle (it will take about 8-10min) with about a table spoonful of olive oil
2. If it's possible, add the sausages in the noodle pot, and set that a side
3. while the noodle is cooking, in another frying pan, add tomato sauce, minced garlic (w/out olive oil), and some mushrooms
4. When the noodles are ready, transfer to the frying pan and cote the noodle with sauce
Enjoy.
(I mean, it's very easy to make and you can use whatever you have.
