Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients: 3T butter, chopped unseasoned chicken, diced onion, diced celery, Salmon flakes, dried thyme, 1T flour, 1/2 cup milk, shredded cheese, Dijon mustard, sandwich bread

材料:3Tバター、鶏肉、たまねぎ、セロリ、鮭の彫刻、タイムハブ、1T小麦粉、1/2cup牛乳、智頭、カラシナ、サンドイッチパン
Melt 1T butter and add salmon flakes and chunks of chicken

Add onions

Add pinch of thyme

Add about 1/2 cup of flour and cote the ingredients with it

Add milk

Later, add the celery (we add it later for cruncher texture)

Add cheese

Add some mustard to taste

Coat the bread with spray oil or butter

Top the fillings on the sandwich and bake it for 15-20min on 300-350F oven
