Sweet and Spicy Mustard Chicken dinner

재료: 닭, 마늘, 머스타드, 1/3컵 설탕 (올리고당), 적식초, 소금, 후추,1컵우유, 고추가루
Ingredients: chicken, garlic, mustard, 1/3 cup sugar (oligosaccharides), red vinegar, salt, pepper, 1 cup milk, chili powder
材料:鶏、ニンニク、モスタドゥ、1/3カップ砂糖(オリゴ糖)、ジョクシクチョ、塩、胡椒、1コプウユ、唐辛子粉

Wash the chicken with milk, leave it for 30 min, and wash and dry well

Add red wine vinegar in a bowl

Add about 2 TBSP of mustard 

Chili pepper in

Add sugar or sugar starch (올리고당), it will be about 1TBSP

Add salt and pepper

Mix the dressing well

Add lots of chopped garlic

Marinade the chicken with the sauce (if you didn't clean the chicken well, you are basically make cheese because of the milk that we washed the chicken and vegetarian from the sauce)

Grill it about 40-45 min in 370F

Share with friends with some rice!

White fish and vegetable for Brunch

재료: 생선, 계란, 1컵 밀가루, 1 TBSP카레파우더, 1 TBSP 파프리카파우더, 야채
材料:魚、卵、1カップ小麦粉、1 TBSPカレーパウダー、1 TBSPパプリカパウダー、野菜
Ingredients: fish, eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 TBSP curry powder, 1 TBSP paprika powder, vegetable


Bread the defrosted fish and cook on a pan.
Don't touch it until the breading is all the way cook
