Garlic Pickle

 
Takes 2 weeks to eat as it is...

First) four to five days, soak them in white vinegar (1/2) and water (1/2) & drain the liquid after
**I forgot to store them in the refrigerator, so some of them turned into blue garlic...But blue garlic is just good as regular garlic... ;)
Second) boil vinegar + water + brown sugar + Soy sauce and cool them
Third) soak ‘first’ garlic into ‘second’ liquid
Fourth) Wait for two weeks...........................tick tok tick tok
