MoCo's Founding Farmers - Potomac, MD

Two of my friends and I went to MoCo's Founding Farmers in Potomac, MD for lunch.
I've only been to the one in D.C, so I was very excited to visit this restaurant.
As usual, this place didn't disappointed me, but it was louder than the D.C branch.

Teriyaki salmon with baked vegetables

ingredients: salmon fillet, olive oil, assorted vegetables, teriyaki sauce (I just made it by scratch)
재료 : 연어 필렛, 올리브 오일, 모듬 야채, 갈비소스(집에서 간단하게 만들었습니다)
材料:ピルレッオリーブオイル盛り合わせ野菜, 手製テリヤキソース

I used McCormick herb mix to season the vegetables with olive oil

Caramelize the onions with butter

Add about 1 teaspoon of sugar

When the onions are tender and brown, add mushrooms

I tasted it and it was needed some tasting, so added little bit of soy sauce

Added about 1/3 of brown sugar and marinaded it. The brown sugar came with the salmon..

Back to the onion, added about a table spoon of red wine

cook the salmon (skin side down first) for 3min on high heat

Flip the salmon and splash the teriyaki sauce that I made and cover the pan.
Cook it for 5min on mid-heat.

In order to eat well balanced meal, I added shredded cabbages (sesame dressing)
My dinner! Ta taa :)
