Vegetable yakisoba (菜食焼きそば)

Ingredients: fresh noodles, cabbage, tofu, bean sprouts, thinly sliced onion, katsuobushi, mayo, yakisoba sauce and dobanjan
재료: 라면사리, 양배추, 두부, 숙주, 양파, 가츠오부시, 마요네즈, 야끼소바 소스, 두반장
材料:ラーメン、キャベツ、豆腐、宿主、たまねぎ、かつお節、マヨネーズ、焼きそばソース、ドゥバンジャン

Cook cabbages with little bit of olive oil

When the cabbage cooked for about 3 min, add all of vegetables but bean sprouts

Add noodles (I soaked the noodle in hot water to get rid of some oil)

Add yakisoba and adjust the taste adding more/less.

Add little bit of bubanjan as you like.

Add bean sprouts when you think the noodles and vegetables are well coated with the sauce

Add some mayo(optional) and topped with half pack of katsuobushi pack

Decorate with little bit of nori if you want!

Time to eat! Next time, I'll try to make the yakisoba sauce~ :P
