ingredients: short rib, radish, onion, green onion, egg (yolk)-garnish
재료: 갈비, 무, 양파, 파, 지단
材料:カルビ、大根、ネギ、卵
Soak short rib for an hour or more (drain water every 30 mintues)
When the short rib is well washed, cook all of ingredients.
(except the eggs)
- Time to time, I cleaned the scums and cooked until the short ribs gets tender.
- TOTAL: cooked about 6-7 hours (in mid heat)
- Using the cheese cloth, clear the soup (keep the radish and discard everything)

You can store them in the refridgerator

When it's time to eat, reheat the shop with all of ingredients
Cut the radish
