Long time no see! I finally got back from Korea and
San Francisco.
I am getting ready to move again, so most of my
cooking tools are packed which means I could not update any of my kitchen life
since..
Finally I bought the salmon and some vegetables.
Anyway, let's start!
I cleaned my vegetables and sautéed with some soy
sauce and little bit of sugar.
For my salmon, I only cooked it with little bit of
olive oil. (Skin side first and let the salmon release its own oil) Because
it's easy to break, only cook the salmon outside and cooked the inside by
closing the pan's lid.
There we go!
